Chittagong is known as the main sea-port of Bangladesh where trades and business has been increasing day by day from very ancient ages. A large number of people here have involved themselves in the profession of business obtaining the positional advantages of this port-city. This city is now recognized as the commercial capital of Bangladesh. I inspired myself to become a business professional in continuation to my father’s professional background.

In addition to commerce and business I was highly ambitious for giving a good service to the business entrepreneurs especially to the corporate bodies so that they can find an attractive place to run their business activities in a distinguished and well facilitated environment. In view of this I have established ‘AYUB TRADE CENTER’ in 2002 at Agrabad Commercial Area, at the gateway and welcoming position from the sea-port side of this city where one can find very suitable environment for running any sort of commercial office viewing sea-port at the southern side. Now the commercial activities of this trade center have well spread and it has become a well known ‘Corporate Office Building’ in home and abroad.
